Professor Wilson began his teaching career in 1997 at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business--Bloomington. In 1999 he joined the faculty of the School of Law, where he teaches Contract Law, Sales, and Real Estate Transfer, Finance & Development in the J.D. program and American Legal Systems in the LL.M. program. Wilson is Director of the Law School’s LL.M. program in American Law for Foreign Lawyers, Director of the Joint Center for Asian Law Studies—in partnership with Renmin University School of Law in Beijing—and Co-Director of the Chinese Law Summer Program, which is held at the Renmin University of China School of Law. Wilson has received awards for teaching excellence at both the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and at the Indiana University Kelly School of Business—Bl Lloyd T. Wilson, Jr. received a B.A. from Wabash College (1977), an M.A. from Duke University (1978), a J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law—Bloomington (1982), and an M.T.S. (summa cum laude) from Christian Theological Seminary (2010). He clerked for Judge William I. Garrard of the Indiana Court of Appeals and for Judge William E. Steckler of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
